• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed at checkout
• Delivery: Data bundles are typically delivered within minutes, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases
• Network Issues: We are not responsible for network downtime or service quality issues from telecommunication providers
• Wrong Numbers: You are responsible for providing correct phone numbers. Refunds for wrong numbers are subject to our refund policy

Our payment system operates as follows:

• Wallet Balance: Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Payment Methods: We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and other specified methods
• Transaction Fees: Any applicable fees will be disclosed before payment confirmation
• Disputes: Contact our support team within 7 days of any payment issue

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems or services
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of our platform

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss, network issues, or third-party service failures

You agree to indemnify and hold Odobills Data Center harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through our platform

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason we deem appropriate

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Outstanding balances remain due.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
